Council

Clara J. Choi
Clara is a co-founder of AccessHK and has been overseeing the development and fundraising of AccessHK since its establishment. She graduated from the University of Oxford with a B.A. in Philosophy, Politics and Economics and is a qualified solicitor in Hong Kong and in England and Wales.  She works as a corporate lawyer in Hong Kong.

Philip Fan
Philip joined AccessHK in 2001 as Site Director of the Summer School Programme and has been overseeing the development of Access HK Summer School Programme since its establishment. He graduated from the University of Cambridge with a B.A. in Economics and works as a equity portfolio manager in Hong Kong.

Joy Wong
Joy joined AccessHK in 2007 as Site Director of the Summer School Programme and is one of the coordinators of the Teach-an-Hour programme.  She became a Council member in 2011. She graduated from the University of Oxford with a B.A. in History and works as a lawyer in Hong Kong.

Ludwig Pang
Ludwig joined AccessHK as a Summer School Programme volunteer in 2008, and was appointed Site Director of the Summer School Programme in 2011. Ludwig graduated from the University of Cambridge with a B.A. in Natural Sciences. Inspired by his experience with Access HK, he embarked on his teaching career in 2012 and currently works as a teacher in Hong Kong.


Executive Committee (Teach-an-Hour)

Site Director: Cynthia Tang
Cynthia joined AccessHK as an Executive Committee member for the Teach-an-Hour programme in 2016. She graduated from the University of Hong Kong with a B.A. degree (major in English Studies and minors in Psychology and History). She is currently studying Postgraduate Diploma in Education in the Secondary School English stream.

Site Director: Maggie Yim
Maggie joined AccessHK as an Executive Committee member for the Teach-an-Hour programme in 2017.  She graduated from the City University of Hong Kong with a J.D. degree.  She is currently working as a Solicitor at the Official Receiver’s Office of the Government of the HKSAR. Maggie is also a member of the International Legal Affairs Committee of the Law Society of Hong Kong.

Committee Member: Jeremy Liu
Jeremy joined AccessHK's Executive Committee for the Teach-An-Hour programme in 2017. He has 2 years of prior experience in organising educational programmes for youths. Jeremy is studying for a Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery and will graduate in 2023.

Committee Member: Sunny Fung
Sunny joined AccessHK's Executive Committee for the Teach-an-hour programme in 2018. He has 2 years of English-teaching experiences and prior experience in coordinating activities for intellectually-disabled students. He is studying in BSc in Public Health with a minor in Psychology at the Chinese University of Hong Kong.

Committee Member: Aradhna Sharma
Aradhna joined AccessHK’s Executive Committee for the Teach-An-Hour programme in 2018. She graduated from the University of Alberta, Canada with an MBA degree and is a qualified Chartered Accountant from India. She works as a project manager and is pursuing a certificate in financial compliance at the University of Hong Kong.

Adrian joined AccessHK as an Executive Committee member for the Teach-an-Hour programme in 2018. He is currently studying for a Bachelor of Economics and Finance at the University of Hong Kong.
